“Stopped by this Pei Wei as my Mom loves Chinese and she was in town. She ordered her sesame chicken, I had the coconut curry chicken and egg roll. It came out fast and hot, Mom loved her meal. I would agree her sesame chicken is a step above take out, I was impressed. The inside was clean and light, there was plenty of seating. We tried their chocolate dipped fortune cookies, they were delightful.“

“First of all, the staff was very friendly. I had the Hunan Beef which was an excellent choice! It was full of flavors with a hint of spice. That’s my kind of dish. I’m very happy! I’d highly recommend this place.“

“Just moved to Rockwall and was looking for a classic Chinese takeout spot— I found it at China Taste! Lots of great options and great deals too. They have a lunch deal and supper deal. The inside is nothing fancy, but reminds me of the Chinese restaurants I went to as a kid 😊“

“First, it’s not fancy or high end but the great tasting food and huge portions more than make up for the Hole in the wall/Dive type place it is.

You walk in and read menu off the wall, place order and go sit at a table. Go to self serve fountain station and get you drink and staff brings food to table when ready. The food is smoking hot when it arrives at table. We had Mongolian beef, Pork fried rice and Szechuan beef. The plates are huge and could have fed 4 people. I’m picky so had my Szechuan Beef with only bamboo chutes instead of the normal way they make it. They were happy to accommodate ! Both beef plates had ample portions to beef and the rice was also heavily loaded with pork. Taste and flavor were on point, post Covid you just don’t see portions like this and it’s very well priced. More expensive than Panda but cheaper than PF Changs and better than both, except like I said it’s not as fancy as PF Changs.“
