“We are visiting Texas for spring break and staying in a local hotel. After walking downtown all day we came back not wanting to sit at a restaurant and the front desk had a menu from this Ton's palace with a delivery option. We got the generals tsaos chicken, beef broccoli, chicken fried rice and the pan fried dumplings. The food was really good! Everything was really tasty and they gave us very generous portions. We would definitely order here again, and the women that took my order was really nice. We're from Vegas so we know good Chinese food and this place his the spot! The only downside was that the delivery took 1 hour 20 minutes. But it was worth the wait!“
“Food is good, as a matter of fact it’s delicious!! The customer service on the other hand is in last place!!!You call and they answer the phone and say what do you want!!? Umm a hello would be nice or a hello how may I help you? Geese how you run a business and can’t even answer the phone properly…When you walk in it’s the same thing no greetings, no smile no nothing!!“
“You know they say first impressions is everything. Well guess what it’s everything and more there food is exquisite. Thank you Beautiful Queens for great food and service. I will see you on my next visit. I would have taken pictures but I started eating my plate before leaving my parking spot sorry not sorry lol.“
“You know the food is amazing here, but the service is out of this world. And tonight they raised the bar. I'm presently pre menopausal, and sought after a seat in the corner by a window to stay as cool as possible, instead of the heat from the vents, because hot flashes are terrible, so terrible that we had to change our order to, to go. When the owner over heard the change, she approached my husband and asked why. He being the honest man he is, told her. After doing so, this sweet and wonderful woman, walks to the thermostat and turned down the heat. This small gesture meant so much to me and she didn't have to do that, we were fine getting it to go, however, and because of her, changed our order once again and dined in. I'll forever continue to come here, as I have now for 19 year.“
“By far the Best Chinese Delivery!! Such hugh portions, Giant Shrimp and the best Crab Rangoon ever. Forget GrubHub and other delivery apps, we found the best. Pricings extremely reasonable. Ordered small and couldn't even finish so much food.“
“So good! I got the beef and garlic sauce and the combination fried rice. So buss’n! Big pieces of marinated beef with veggies and mushrooms. Combination fried rice has jumbo shrimp and big pieces of juicy dark meat chicken, and big pieces of beef. So yummy. So hot and fresh. They even put chili oil. Its worth every penny. This is my favorite Chinese restaurant so far. Thank you for your beautiful food and blessings to you!“
“Their egg foo young is to die for. I lived in Missouri and Minnesota and both have some of the best Asian cuisine. Dallas Chinese sucks but not Sunny Wok. Egg foo young is judged by the gravy and I must say their gravy is done, how it should be done. The chicken wings are battered and fried, not naked like most Chinese restaurants in Dallas. Now Sunny Wok gets all my take out business.“
“The 1st time I went here I didn't like it, don't even remember what I'd purchased. That was probably 3-4 yrs ago. Well here's to 2nd chances. My brother brought me a plate one day & "WOW", I've been hooked since. Didn't know they had a buffet to choose from. Good deals before 5pm, but even at nite I can't complain abt the prices bcuz you get so much food. Spent $30. on 3plates. Absolutely delicious & hot. Haven't been dissatisfied w/anythng. LOVE the egg drop soup, shrimp fried rice as well as the buffet. Greasy potatoes, but damn they taste just like the one's my mama used to make.“
“Top quality food and awesome customer service Consistency in a word The son of the owners is usually the manager on duty when we visit. He is a total professional he is a great listener and understands this business. A+ Always Tell them Big Richard approved“
“I've lived in Dallas for most of my life and grew up enjoying Lai Lai's Chinese food. My family's usual was orange chicken and the combination lo mein, which was my personal favorite. I always ate the leftovers for breakfast! Portions are huge and everything is always hot and delicious. I'm 40 years old now and have lived in 8 different states and visited 35 of them, and have yet to find such tasty lo mein. A hidden gem in pleasant Grove.“
“I live in Dallas and I come all the way to Lancaster to eat here. That's how good it is. Fast service for both drive-thru and inside dining. I know when I'm driving home with take-out I have a treat ready to be eaten when I get home.....I never have to check before hand. My only regret is there're not closer to me!“
