“I went last week, and the service was excellent. this was my first time going to this location and i will continue to do so. A young lady by the name of Ashley was so accommodating, she was able to give me food recommendations and make conversation with no problem. I will definitely go back!!“
“We found this place online, ordered to go. The food was good. They ran out of eggrolls and wonton soup, so we'll have to go back because we want to try that. Family owned place, the lady at the counter offered assistance with any questions. Their chili oil has a very good flavor. We will definitely be back.“
“You know the food is amazing here, but the service is out of this world. And tonight they raised the bar. I'm presently pre menopausal, and sought after a seat in the corner by a window to stay as cool as possible, instead of the heat from the vents, because hot flashes are terrible, so terrible that we had to change our order to, to go. When the owner over heard the change, she approached my husband and asked why. He being the honest man he is, told her. After doing so, this sweet and wonderful woman, walks to the thermostat and turned down the heat. This small gesture meant so much to me and she didn't have to do that, we were fine getting it to go, however, and because of her, changed our order once again and dined in. I'll forever continue to come here, as I have now for 19 year.“
“The Chris Fried Rice is some of the best I've ever had. Their homemade shrimp egg rolls are also quite tasty. Customer service is always great, but the thing I like the most about this place is they'll make your food as spicy as you want it, with what seems to have no limit. I love spicy food and no restaurant ever hits my spicy limit, but this one will! Try an 6-8x extra spicy sometime for those that love heat. They don't mess around here! Haha. I'd also like to add that for a fast food place, their food quality is above average. Keep up the good work Rice House Express! I'll be back!“
“Been coming to this restaurant my family since I was a kid back in 1997 always great food and the owners are always so kind and welcoming to everybody that comes in. Had them cater our wedding in 2022Kid-friendliness: It's always been kid friendly they used to have a bunch of fish in their tanks and at one point they had a bunch of giant Oscars when we were kids and a bunch of little cichlids“
“We have ordered at least 15 times in the last year and a half. It has been really good almost every time. The only reason I didn't give them a five is sometimes their amazing Hot and Sour soup is just average, at other times I like it better than PF Changs, and I love theirs. We've had General Tso, Sesame Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken and they are always plentiful and tasty. We have never had a bad experience.“

I always go for the lunch special, since it's near where I work and the service is quick. I can't speak to how things are during other hours (and by reading some other reviews, it might not be as good), but if you get the General Tso's or Sweet & Sour Chicken lunch special, you won't be disappointed. Plus, if you dine in, you get soup as well, which is always nice (especially since they make a very good Egg Drop Soup).“
“Our family loves Hong Kong Express and would be ordering it a lot more but recently the order online for delivery site changed and said we are now 5.1 miles away which exceeds the 5 mile limit! If I call the store they will still deliver but we lose the convenience of ordering online as well as the 10% discount.“
