It was a good experience it was clean they were on top of everything until it was time for me to pay. There were nine people behind the counter and no one seemed to want to take my money. So I sat down and ate my ice cream and when I left I offered to pay for it before I left. It wasn't that much but I could have had and ice cream for free.
I hadn't been in some months and the breakfast was good as usual for the price
Always on point with the service

Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store is a popular destination for tasty snacks and family outings. The food is generally praised, with the ice cream being a standout. However, the service and cleanliness can be inconsistent, with some employees appearing disinterested and one reviewer noting a "huge mess" behind the counter. Despite these issues, Braum's remains a beloved ice cream shop, especially for those who have enjoyed it since childhood. The friendly staff and convenient drive-thru make it a go-to spot for a sweet treat. Customers appreciate the restaurant's ability to keep kids encouraged and create family memories, with the burgers and ice cream, including banana splits, receiving high praise.
