Ordered a crispy chicken strawberry salad ate inside the restaurant. I asked about the small size of the crispy chicken tenders it looked more like 1 1/2. The worker I spoke to said they have been sending them smaller chicken tenders. I placed an oder to go chicken club sandwich meal. When I got home opened the sandwich the bacon was missing. I called Braums I would have to return to the restaurant with the food and receipt in order to replace the sandwich or get a refund.

This has always been my favorite ice cream shop since I was a kid. I have never seen Braum's so busy.It was a beautiful Sunday afternoon. Thank goodness they had lots of people working. The employees were friendly and most of them very young. The huge mess behind the counter makes me question the cleanliness of the store itself. I'm hoping it was just an unusually busy afternoon.Still the best ice cream around. ?? ??

At lunch and dinner they are overwhelmingly busy. Drive-thru traffic that meanders up then around their parking-lot and somtimes beyond that. They have good breakfast options I prefer their breakfast burritos or biscuits n gravy. Dinner and lunch are alittle dry and bland in my opinion. Their chilis is hearty but really mild.They have a wide variety of sundae and ice cream options. Their employees are nice but seam noticeably overwhelmed during evening hours.Parking: Around 4 o'clock especially on Friday or the weekend it's difficult. You can easily get boxed in anywhere and indefinitely by the out of control drive-thru traffic and the cavalier people on that traffic.
My ice cream sundae was ruby runny. It felt as if I was eating ice cream soup with the toppings. I asked for a new one and the same result. Won't be back and they argued with me to get my money back.

These burgers have always been top tier… you might think it’s their ice cream but it’s an undercover burger restaurant. I love their frozen yogurt…. Mikahl was such a good host to the experience.

Braum's Ice Cream is the ultimate throwback to the days when prices were stuck in the 90s—and boy, am I here for it! Not only is their ice cream deliciously creamy, but their burgers are also so tasty that they'll have you saying, "I'll gladly pay 90s prices for this any day!" It's a shame they don't have any Braum's Ice Cream shops in Arizona because I'd be their number one regular, rain or shine. If you find yourself in a lucky location with a Braum's nearby, do yourself a favor and stop by for a scoop or two (or three—I won't judge). With flavors that'll make your taste buds dance and prices that'll make your wallet happy, Braum's is the real MVP of ice cream shops.

Ms. Netta the shift lead is very rude and far from honest. I had a problem with her and asked for the corporate office number and her name and she gave me the wrong number and another shift leaders name too report instead of giving her name. I was able to get in touch with Ms. Melody Green in the office of the president and have started my complaint with them as well as the bbb! It’s a shame Ms. Netta tired to throw a fellow employee ( Ms. Kim) under the bus when Ms. Kim wasn’t involved so why would she give me Ms. Kim’s name with the wrong number to the corporate office, because she thought I wouldn’t figure it all out and because she wanted me to report Ms. Kim instead of her! She also tired to throw the other shift leader Ms. Tonya under the best as well! I wish I could have left zero stars!
