I recently had lunch at Jimmy John's, and while the food was satisfying, the service left much to be desired. The staff could improve on their customer service for a more enjoyable dining experience.
Husband and I wanted JJ. Called because we were gonna get there after close, had already bought the food but hadn't gotten there yet. They were so nice, the food was perfect not a thing missing, they were so cheerful and chill. Best experience at a JJ ever and I normally like JJ anyway.

My son and I went there yesterday for lunch. It was a pleasant experience they were right on top of things. Helpful and pleasant. It was clean and quiet. The food was good. I can't say outstanding but there was absolutely nothing wrong with it.
