After having some bad experiences at a Chick-fil-A restaurant, I was hesitant to try another one, but this location exceeded my expectations. The drive-thru system was efficient, which was a relief since some drivers struggle with merging lanes. Although the staff taking orders were a bit slow, they were friendly and polite. On today February 28th, 2024, I ordered a Grilled Chicken sandwich meal with a gluten free bun through DoorDash.I get my food and there is NO chicken for my CHICKEN sandwich.I called back to the store and the best they could offer was for me to call DoorDash. They did not even offer to prepare a patty for me to come get.I call DoorDash and they tell me I have to wait an hour to see if they “decide” to give me a refund. WTH?!Disappointing.

I love chickfila, this has always been my go to place. Recently this location has went downhill. I ordered the spicy chicken with bacon no pickles got home and had no bacon, of course I went back because I paid for it. The manager was great with acknowledging the error he replaced my entire order even gave me a gift card. Was excited to get home just to have my order still wrong, made incorrectly again.
