A place with an unusual snack. You choose your salad and sauces and they put everything inside the bread, but without cutting the bread in half. The place is not pretty and the floor is made of beaten concrete. Kind of dark and needs renovation. However, the snack is delicious. It is worth checking.
I always loved the name of this place but avoided it for the longest time because I wrongly assumed it was just another sub shop and I already have my faves. I was wrong- totally wrong. These are not hoagies. . A fresh baked and hollowed out hoagie roll filled with salad does not sound appetizing but it's the most solid, delicious, semi-healthy, best fast lunch I've had in forever. Great food, but the customer service could use some improvement. I’ve never been to this establishment before and was asked what I wanted, handed a piece of paper and had to ask what to do next after moments of silence and staring. I then went to the next station and the two employees there didn’t acknowledge me at all. It was a very weird experience and I encourage more customer engagement and direction.
