Jack in the Box is a relatively clean restaurant, but some issues with efficiency and accuracy were noticed. Despite these problems, the food is delicious, with customers recommending the limited items and tiny tacos. The drive-thru experience can sometimes be slow and backed up, which may affect the overall rating. Customers appreciate quick service, especially for pickup orders, and find the staff friendly and helpful. Some customers noted that employees tend to upsize orders to large without asking, so they have to request a regular size combo. Overall, the restaurant maintains good quality food and friendly service, with occasional minor mistakes like burnt curly fries. The staff, including team members like Abel, are often praised for their excellent service, even late at night.
