Coming here to formally acknowledge the General Manager Daniel, for truly going above and beyond with customer service. After a recent order didn’t meet expectations, he personally reached out to me, took full accountability, and made sure the situation was handled with care. I enjoy this one now, the 2 people, Alex and aiories are great and hilarious, as former service members ourselves we appreciated his respectfulness and his former service
The guy is attentive and quick in getting the order and the girl is fast and asks all the questions to make sure my order is correct and honestly so I dont forget anything, they keep that place clean
