Firehouse Subs Eldorado Plaza offers a fantastic Chicken Parm meatball on garlic bread, with regular meatballs also being a great choice. The Hook and Ladder sandwich is delicious and prepared well with fresh ingredients. The steak & cheese Sammy’s are very good and very quick. The food is absolutely delicious and much higher quality and value, with the bread tasting so good, especially when warmed. The celebration cookies and sugar cookies with sprinkles are ridiculously good. The atmosphere is kid-friendly, making it an interesting place for families. Plenty of parking is available. The customer service is top notch and very kind.
