The service and food are always good. The staff has been trained well. I did have an issue with points being applied, however the owner of the store AND the home office responded, and all was resolved satisfactorily.
I come to jersey mikes once or twice a week and every time I come in Jeff remembers my order and my name. I appreciate him for always taking the time to talk and ask bout my day. 007 game still the greatest all time!Thank you Jeff for always making my day!
