On average, from my experience, FIVE GUYS service and hamburgers are good to excellent. The quality of their fries, burgers, and shakes varies from one location to another, but they should really only be one way, excellent to outstanding. I gave this score as compared to other burger joints, not gourmet food. I really enjoy a 5 guys burger and love the over full cup of fries. Their service is friendly and efficient.

Prices are ridiculous for the quality. Girl that took my order rushed like I was taking too long even though I knew what I wanted. I guess I wasn't speaking fast enough. Place was clean but empty at lunch hour which was sus. Wanted to order online in advance but the little bacon cheeseburger "wasn't available at this location"
