Give this place a try 3 times.... failed! They always got my orders wrong or miss a few items. The 1st it's my fault because I didn't check. The 2nd and 3rd check and asked for my items that was missing but the worker didn't understand English and give me something else. Will not go back again!
Understaffed and only focused on drive through. Carry-outs not put out for pick up. Twice now, they screwed up the sauce order. Previous trip got NO SAUCES and this trip got wrong sauces. Tried to go back to get the correct sauces and line from hell and ignored. Not hard to read the ticket and confirm the order. First time getting nuggets. The chicken doesn't taste like chicken 🤢 Management can contact me and fix this.
Our experience at KFC was just okay. We ordered bowls for dinner, and while the food filled us up, we were disappointed by how little chicken was included. It felt pretty skimpy compared to what we've gotten at other locations.
The biggest issue was that the restaurant had a noticeable urine smell when we walked in, which was really off-putting and made the dining experience less enjoyable.
