“For our 25th Anniversary we found this bakery on Google! We walked in to check out the restaurant, the dining room was full ( which is a good thing). Immediately we were greeted by a young lady name Hafsa. She showed us around, we tasted a cake and had a couple of sandwiches. She educated us on the food having no preservatives, and was good healthy food to eat. Hafsa was very very professional and attentive and took her time with us. The restaurant was a WINNER, and the food was FABULOUS! 😋. She catered our affair and it was a hit amongst our friends and family. Thank you Hafsa for all your hard work! And the cakes were AMAZING! “We had them do our wedding cake, 3 tier, we had a bunch of faux flowers in a box wt the venue and said MAKE IT PRETTY! And they really did! We loved the watercolor effect on the cake they had done for us and I really really loved the taste of the cake! We had chocolate, red velvet and French vanilla!“

This is such a stark contrast to the terrible experience I had at the Prosper location. There, the service was slow, the staff seemed uninterested, and the cookies were underbaked and disappointing. It felt like the Prosper team didn’t care about their customers at all, while McKinney’s team went above and beyond to create a delightful experience.

If you’re craving Crumbl, skip the Prosper location and make the drive to McKinney—you won’t regret it. This location has restored my faith in the Crumbl brand, and I’ll definitely be back!“

“Today was the 1st time I’ve tried this place. The food was great. The bread is nice and soft. I tried a few things. The sausage and gravy one was good. As was the sausage, cheese, and jalapeño. The jalapeño was fresh rather than canned and that flavor and spice really came through. Service was friendly and the place was really clean!“

“I was super happy with the Angel Food Cake I got from Tiffani. We were all astounded! My coworker of 2 years was leaving us and this is her favorite cake. Truthfully, I'm not even a big fan of it, but this was so so good. Tiffani said she hadn't made one before, so I'm happy we both got a new experience! “My friend and I took the challah baking class and had a great time! Not only did we get to braid the challah and form the bunnies as advertised, we also go to do dinner rolls and a twisted bread. Then we made our own dough to take home with us. Great class, highly recommended. The bread is delicious!“
