“Honestly if I can give her more than 5 stars I would. Really is the best donut shop ever, the owner is so sweet and kind. Donuts are always fresh and melt in your mouth. I go two to three times a week and I’m never ever disappointed. I’ve tried many donut shops and never gave they compared to this place! Her shop is always so clean and she always greets with you with a big smile when you come in. Must try if in that area“

“We love the donut palace!!! Quick story: my daughter and I came on a normal day for a donut. She wanted one with a crown and started to get upset when she didn’t see one with a crown made. The sweet owner offered to make her one, and requested what color she wanted and all. She made my daughter’s day!!! We love the donut palace and it has been our family spot for years now!“

“Not only are the donuts so delicious and trans fat free; the owners as well as the workers give excellent service.
A “little hole in the wall” neighborhood donut shop with sausage rolls as well. I moved to McKinney around March and this place is such a nice little spot to sit awhile with delicious brewed coffee as well. Everyone from local workers, families and executives also come in to get consistently great baked goods of which the “cinnamon roll” is my favorite. But I usually get another donut too not to mention their air light donut holes.
I am retired and I love coming in because it is a happy place!!“

“We stopped by Sonny Donuts in McKinney and had an amazing experience! We ordered half a dozen donuts and half a dozen pigs in a blanket, and everything was fresh and delicious. The donuts were soft, fluffy, and full of flavor, and the pigs in a blanket were perfectly warm with a great sausage-to-bread ratio.
The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and everything tasted like it had just been made. We'll definitely be back the next time we're craving donuts or a quick breakfast. Highly recommend checking this place out!“

Side note: My wife and me were enjoying the donuts outside at the coffee shop next door and observed a handicapped, elderly man walking out of Happy Donuts. The kind lady (owner?) working behind the donut bar rushed out to assist the gentleman into his vehicle. I don't often take the time to write reviews, but that act of kindness resonates with me.“

“I found this place through door dash and it has been a great find. Some of the best donuts I've had, and they always pay attention to my special requests and accommodate if available. Not to mention everything is always fresh. Highly recommended A+.“

“What set this donut shop apart from others was the lightness and airiness of their donuts. They were so good we couldn’t stop eating them.

We also tried the sausage patty roll and sausage croissant, both were delicious.

Some mornings are rough, however my experience at Shirley’s tends to brighten my spirits and help me lift my head.“

“I stopped by yesterday morning for the first time. They are so friendly and their store is so clean. The donut case had a beautiful assortment to select from and the prices are very reasonable. I brought them home and my teenagers loved them! I asked them to rate them and they both said a 10. I asked them to compare to Krispy Kream which they both love, and they both said "way better"! I am sold and this will be our donut shop going forward.“

“I go out of my way to this Dunkin Donuts just because it’s consistently good and the staff is GREAT. Truly, they have so much care for their customers. Don't mind the complainers expecting a fancy restaurant, this is a simple donut shop not Michelin star dining 🤣. Inflation is real and so many cheap McKinney Karens that can't afford to go out to eat complainin here which is just hilarious
