“I ordered a 6 month birthday cake and picked it up at Butterfly Cakery today. Let me just say, don't walk but please run to this place if you want a great cake but also if you want great service. So, I was so impressed with the cake when I picked it up and was on my way to put it in my car and as I was laying it down , it toppled due to my clumsiness. I was heartbroken and walked back in and was just about in tears. Cynthia from Butterfly Cakery, who had decorated my cake came to my rescue, used her magic and fixed it to look perfect..like nothing had happened. She even built me a custom base that was larger to make it sturdier. She went above and beyond and took so much trouble to fix it for me. I have been to a few cake shops in the past but I have never received such wonderful service as I did at Butterfly Cakery. “My girlfriend and I had to try the Spinkles ATM. It was as expected and an ATM style, but instead of money you get delicious cupcakes. For my desired cupcake we had a special hand delivery from the GM Mary Elizabeth! She noticed an issue with delivery and resolved it before I could even notice that it wasn’t being delivered as a second cupcake. You are the best Mary Elizabeth and it was an awesome experience tonight at your shop!“

“The place is amazing. Not the greatest bread you'll ever have but its like Chick-fil-A in the way its good everytime. Perfect to go with your morning drinks. Definitely recommend eating it the day of or the next day. Bread gets stale quick (because it has no preservatives.) You wont havw trouble eating it before its stale.“
