Unfortunately this time after placing the order of the 3 mini pack I was told they don't have semi chocolate chunk cookies 😞 I was at the store to grab some choc cookies to surprise my wife, I hope they update their systems with inventory to cause a little less confusion and disappointment.“

“You don't often find a place with 100% on reviews but if anywhere deserves that score it is Latinos Bakery. The thing is; calling it a bakery is only half the story. They also have fresh cooked tamales and an entire menu of authentic Mexican cuisine. I've tried a number of things but the tamales and tacos are my favorite. The tacos are the pre-Covid price of $8.49 for 5 and the tamales are $20 a dozen. They are worth EVERY PENNY! I love the Roja sauce and my wife likes the verde. The pork tamales are the best but the chicken and cheese are amazing as well. The pastries and such are what give it the bakery name but the real treat is the Tres Leches cake. They have classic or chocolate and both are amazing. I just can't recommend this place enough. The they are always nice and smiling to me and even let me try stuff if I'm curious but not ready to commit to ordering a whole plate. This is how every business needs to be run! Now excuse me, I need to rest because I nearly overdosed on tamales and tres leches!“

“I ordered a custom birthday cake. I told Melissa what kind of cake flavor and icing. I gave her a photo of what I wanted. I knew it probably would not be the exact photo with the exact colors. I just gave it to her for reference. No. In fact, it was the exact cake with the exact colors. It was like she 3D printed the cake I wanted and then on top of all that, she made it just as delicious as it looked. If I could give 10 ⭐️ I would most definitely. “It’s a long story but for my wedding, we had an huge issue and our cake from a different place got cancelled last minute. One of my best friends works at Butterfly Cakery and they took over making our wedding cake no questions asked. They were absolutely amazing and have no idea how much it meant to us that they did that. It tasted AMAZING. I took the rest of it home after the wedding and ate the rest of it over the course of the week! Amazing people, amazing cake, extremely happy!“

“It was an absolutely unbelievable effort from Megan and Tyler. I got the wrong cake for my friend’s birthday, and it turned out to be mocha, which she is allergic to. I didn’t have my receipt, and it was my fault for wanting a different cake but they didn’t make me feel that way. They were kind enough to go back and look for my receipt to help me get a different cake. I run a restaurant, and I can say no one else would do that. It took them over 10 minutes to locate my lost receipt, but they did it and offered me a resolution. No one takes that much time on a busy weekend; it clearly showed they care about their customers. “So we got the Dubai chocolate, chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, double chocolate chip, oatmeal rasin, oatmeal chocolate chip, a chocolate brownie and a salted caramel blondie. All. Of. Them. are good! They are fresh and delicious. They put the perfect amount of creme filling in the middle of the Dubai chocolate cookies. Some of the topping did fall of the top so be careful taking that first bite! I have zero complaints. The smell of the shop had me so ready to try the cookies! The packaging is too cute. They also have different packaging options for multiple occasions! “I placed an order for delivery in mesquite and the system changed it to the same address but in terrell. I call what I thought was this location but it was actually the customer service line and the way both ladies handled the issue is the only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 1. They fixed the issue at no inconvenience to me and tried to intercept the order before it went out.
Now to the negative....why in the hell does tiffs treats use uber eats yet has no way to contact the driver. I don't use 3rd party delivery services however if you're going to do it at least have a way of contacting the driver. I live in Royse City and drove to terrell to see if I could meet the driver but there wasn't a way for the ladies to communicate that with the driver. Other than that, like I said, the 2 customer service ladies I talked to (1st one tried to stop the delivery and the 2nd one I called to tell her the address doesn't exist) both did their very best at trying to resolve the issue and I really appreciate that.

Edit: I'm changing my star rating because what service corporate uses for delivery isn't the location's fault. Everyone's customer service has been great.“
