“I’m not gonna lie, I’m really disappointed in their matcha. I wanted to try their Plano location because I loved the matcha the last time I visited their Carrollton location.

I ordered their seasonal peach matcha, and right off the bat, I could barely taste any matcha. Also, don’t get me wrong… I love some pulp or inclusions in my drinks, but it was blended so finely that the texture became super unenjoyable.“

“My grandson is a Crumbl lover, he ordered a bunch of stuff and one item was not included in his order.. with some back and forth with door dash(im so not a fan) and the bakery, they made it right and he got to enjoy his Dubai chocolate strawberry cup and he loved it. They were kind and helpful (he was making the calls himself to get it worked out, and they took care of it. For that alone they get 5 stars for great customer CARE. “Crumbl has one of the best cookies. Always been my favorite go to place for cookies.
Unfortunately this time after placing the order of the 3 mini pack I was told they don't have semi chocolate chunk cookies 😞 I was at the store to grab some choc cookies to surprise my wife, I hope they update their systems with inventory to cause a little less confusion and disappointment.“

The weekly Blueberry Muffin cookie and the accidental Snickers Peanut Butter cookie (I had ordered a Snickerdoodle cookie) both landed strong Special Attack, delivering soft textures and rich sweetness that hit exactly where it counts. It felt like a Fairy Wind hit my taste buds back to back. The Snickers combo played like a powerful Dark/Chocolate-type move with buttery cream support, while the Blueberry Muffin offered a smoother, balanced hit with its streusel and glaze. Highly recommend the signature bun and tea, the bun is perfectly baked with a flaky crust and a warm rich buttery center.

“Stopped into Churro On Top and grabbed a six-pack of churros for my team back at the office, and they were a huge hit! The churros were absolutely excellent—fresh, crispy, and packed with flavor. We loved all the fun and unique flavor combinations; there was something for everyone. The restaurant itself was very clean, bright, and had a really fun atmosphere.
