“Resident since August of 1974. Have tried every donut shop that’s come to town including every one currently operating. This stores standard Glazed Donut is over the top best in class, EVER. Consistently excellent plus.
Combine that with a very considerate smiling operator and it’s a nice morning boost at Coit/Parker“

“My grandson is a Crumbl lover, he ordered a bunch of stuff and one item was not included in his order.. with some back and forth with door dash(im so not a fan) and the bakery, they made it right and he got to enjoy his Dubai chocolate strawberry cup and he loved it. They were kind and helpful (he was making the calls himself to get it worked out, and they took care of it. For that alone they get 5 stars for great customer CARE. Park location Dallas specifically. ❤“

“After having the very first bite of one of the cookies, I immediately fell in love. The Chocolate Chip Walnut was the ultimate balance of everything you look for in a comfort treat while the Funfetti flavor caught me by surprise and is now considered the best sugar cookie I ever had in my life. There is two other flavors in the box I have yet to try and I have a feeling they won't disappoint, but after having those two said flavors, it is without a doubt that I will definitely be coming back for more sometime soon in the near future. That you could believe. ❤🍪“

“Crumbl has one of the best cookies. Always been my favorite go to place for cookies.
Unfortunately this time after placing the order of the 3 mini pack I was told they don't have semi chocolate chunk cookies 😞 I was at the store to grab some choc cookies to surprise my wife, I hope they update their systems with inventory to cause a little less confusion and disappointment.“

“First time coming here and I didn’t know what to expect. The server was very nice to explain the dessert and its origins which made me feel more comfortable to order. He also helped explain each of the options in detail and provided some samples to try. I will definitely be coming back again for more!!!“

I chose curbside pickup and literally nobody came out.. but I could see them through the window… THEN they gave me the wrong cookie and I didn’t notice till i got home.. called them and they wanted us to bring that cookie allll the way back because TO me she thought we just wanted a free cookie or we was gonna eat that cookie that WE didnt order“

“Lure Ball Bites
Stepping into Crumbl felt like hitting a high-value PokéStop, quick in, quick out, with no seating but clean conditions and friendly staff ready to help. The weekly Blueberry Muffin cookie and the accidental Snickers Peanut Butter cookie (I had ordered a Snickerdoodle cookie) both landed strong Special Attack, delivering soft textures and rich sweetness that hit exactly where it counts. It felt like a Fairy Wind hit my taste buds back to back. The Snickers combo played like a powerful Dark/Chocolate-type move with buttery cream support, while the Blueberry Muffin offered a smoother, balanced hit with its streusel and glaze. Even the mix-up turned into a lucky encounter rather than a misplay. If you’ve got a sweet tooth, this is a guaranteed catch that’ll have you coming back to try the next rotation.“

“I want to commend the staff for their hard work yesterday. The store was blazing hot but the young lady with the blonde hair was running orders back and forth dripping with sweat and the girl with the messed up knee was taking orders plus making the treats fast and efficiently. I will definitely be back.“
