The young lady(I am sorry I do not know her name) but she was younger and had blonde hair but she was the nicest young lady. Very professional and kind. You can tell she is a very good person. “Crumbl has one of the best cookies. Always been my favorite go to place for cookies.
Unfortunately this time after placing the order of the 3 mini pack I was told they don't have semi chocolate chunk cookies 😞 I was at the store to grab some choc cookies to surprise my wife, I hope they update their systems with inventory to cause a little less confusion and disappointment.“

While we were there, we noticed they now have mini cookies, so we grabbed a few to try. I'm honestly so happy they started offering these! They're the perfect portion—you still get to enjoy all the amazing flavors without feeling like you've overdone it. “What a wonderful experience we enjoyed for a birthday dessert! The staff was so friendly and accommodating tonight, giving us suggestions and explanations, showing genuine excitement as we discovered new things to try.

Highly recommend the signature bun and tea, the bun is perfectly baked with a flaky crust and a warm rich buttery center.

Also have to recommend the fresh squeezed sugarcane juice 🧃

“I’m not gonna lie, I’m really disappointed in their matcha. I wanted to try their Plano location because I loved the matcha the last time I visited their Carrollton location.

I ordered their seasonal peach matcha, and right off the bat, I could barely taste any matcha. Also, don’t get me wrong… I love some pulp or inclusions in my drinks, but it was blended so finely that the texture became super unenjoyable.“

But then I decided to try it again and ordered a taro this time. And it was great. So cannot really trust social media.“

The sundaes were equally fantastic, loaded with toppings and full of flavor. We also tried the birthday shake, and it was incredible—sweet, creamy, and indulgent in all the right ways. Everything we tried was made fresh and tasted phenomenal. The service was friendly and quick, making the whole visit even better.
