Most of the time my experience is good. This time my dessert was not that good. They put all of my toppings on one side of bowl instead of centered and there wasn't even a whole scoop of ice cream in the bowl. It was so dry! I just threw it in the trash. Guess I'll have to go back to the one in Prosper. They're good!
Always very friendly service. Big smiles and very helpful. Custard never disappoints. There is no compare to regular ice cream. 1000 times better. Regular over here at lest once a week.

Severely understaffed! If you opt not to get into drive thru line, you might have to wait in the line for atleast 20 minutes, on a weekday! Cannot imagine how it might be in the weekend!
