Rosa's Cafe Reviews
Food is becoming too expensive. I've noticed over the past 4 years. Pricing is going up for the same or less desirable experience. It's less expensive than most but NO free chips. Lots of salsa on the salsa bar. 3 tortillas could be used for dipping. Ordered Tres Amigos (three enchiladas, beef, chicken, cheese), beans, and rice. The meal was basic and average. Tamale was $3,48, and sopapias were ok.
