“I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Torchys in Frisco, Hollyhock location and I must say, the service and hospitality exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the bartender Eric who was very attentive and friendly. Aside from the impeccable service and hospitality, the food was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend this Torchys location. You wont be disappointed!“

“Bf and I came here tonight for our weekly date night, and there’s not much remarkable to say about it.
Run of the mill chain Tex mex that tasted exactly as one would expect. My steak fajitas were $26, but you get a lot of food (including a HEAP of Spanish rice and lots of tortillas) for the price. It was all just alright, nothing bad but nothing to brag about.
A few minor gripes: one being that our waiter was decently attentive but I was never offered a refill other than a to go cup of my drink (which I took), and the other being that it was INCREDIBLY loud in there. Bf and I were sitting across from each other and eventually gave up on conversation because we had to yell to be heard.
Overall a decent place to have conventional Tex mex, but there is better around, as well.“

“Delicious food. My family had fajitas and quesadillas. it was fantastic, and we all had leftovers. Not a sit-down restaurant. There's 2 two tops inside and one four top outside. You order at the counter and take it home. But it's worth it!“

“From “Nope” to “Nice!” — They Really Turned This Place Around
Two years ago, my wife and I walked into this place, got hit with a sewer smell straight to the soul, turned right back around, and wrote it off forever. It was a hard nope from both of us.
But credit where it’s due — we came back a few weeks ago, and WOW… completely different experience.
The smell? Gone.
The vibe? Warm and actually welcoming.
The service? Attentive, friendly, and miles better than before.
The food? Surprisingly solid — way better than what we remembered.
It’s clear they put in real work to fix things: cleaner space, better atmosphere, and a team that actually seems happy to be there. It went from “walk in and immediately walk out” to “sit down, relax, and enjoy lunch.”
I respect a business that listens, improves, and shows it.

“we live the food, specially the Carne asada burrito, California burrito, ultimate breakfast burrito and the 3 roll tacos but with the fixing (guacamole, sour cream, and can't forget the hot souce. The manager is very friendly and helpful.“

It's incredible how he can cook, clean, work the register, deliver orders, and perform all the other tasks required in a restaurant of this size. “I love the food and drinks at Cristina's - this is only my second time going but each time has been a very pleasant experience. The bartender (LuLu) was very attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. The Happy Hour is a good thing to have and now that I know my favorite margarita is part of that, you will definitely see me more. Thanks for the great experience from the time I walk in the door til the time I leave. Its hard to find places like this - these days.“

“We visited the Frisco location last week and I left a complaint about the manager for that location because there had been a misunderstanding. I cannot say enough great things about how well Jeremi Woods from the Frisco location handled the situation and made it right. He went above and beyond for me as a customer. We have always been huge fans of Chuy’s and we always will be! Great manager and great food.“

“Finally tried this tiny taqueria in a crowded corner of a gas station, the food was great! We had the bistec tacos w/ beans & rice. The bistec was very well seasoned and had great flavor! The rice was great, the beans were good. We also ordered the pastor gorditas, they were very well made, non greasy and held together well. The meats had great flavor, were tender and tasted fresh unlike some places where the meat sits too long and dries out. Even though this is a tiny place, there was a line and waited about 15 minutes for our food but it was well worth the wait. The gentleman taking our oder was very friendly and the ladies prepping the food were hard at work. We will definitely go back as food this good is hard to find in this area. You won’t know what you are missing until you’ve tried it! ~ just sayin…“
