“I had an outstanding experience at Rosa’s Cafe! Jacob, the cashier, was absolutely top-notch. He took the time to walk me through the menu and helped me land on the Deluxe Mexican Plate—which was the perfect choice since it has a little bit of everything. You can tell he really knows the food and cares about making sure customers enjoy their meal.

On top of that, he convinced me to grab some sopapillas—and I’m glad he did because they were 🔥.

What really stood out was the teamwork. Another staff member jumped in to make sure my wife and I had everything we needed, which made the whole experience even better.

“I decided to wait to send my review until a couple of visits. I came to this location opening week back in 2024 and it has greatly improved since then. The digital pickup is painless and the food tasted fresh and was well proportioned. The service is above average for a fast food restaurant.

It’s not going to be perfect every time but this location actually restored my faith in Chipotle.“

“My wife and I were searching all over to find a taqueria with barbacoa. We even considered driving 20 miles. Little did we know, right in our backyard, is Pollo Regio. It was clean, the staff friendly, ave some of the best barbacoa tacos I have ever had. Took me back to Sunday mornings as a kid. We will definitely be returning here!“
