“It’s a no frills taco store, and of my favourites for 3 reasons -
- They are efficient, consistent and have very clear direction on what they offer.
- Everyone including vegetarians have at least 3 good options. All their tacos are customisable with corn tortillas or lettuce as subs.
- Our favourites are the fish and chips, rotisserie chicken, pork & gruyere, beer battered cauliflower and the Mexicali shrimp tacos.“

“My husband and I visited while going to the new Universal Kids Resort and we loved it! The owners were so kind, and the food was delicious! My husband had a huarache and I had the mojarra! For dessert we had the Sopapillas and I still think about them! When we go back, we definitely plan to visit again. Also, I’m recommending this place to anyone heading to Frisco!“

“I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Torchys in Frisco, Hollyhock location and I must say, the service and hospitality exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the bartender Eric who was very attentive and friendly. Aside from the impeccable service and hospitality, the food was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend this Torchys location. You wont be disappointed!“

“Finally tried this tiny taqueria in a crowded corner of a gas station, the food was great! We had the bistec tacos w/ beans & rice. The bistec was very well seasoned and had great flavor! The rice was great, the beans were good. We also ordered the pastor gorditas, they were very well made, non greasy and held together well. The meats had great flavor, were tender and tasted fresh unlike some places where the meat sits too long and dries out. Even though this is a tiny place, there was a line and waited about 15 minutes for our food but it was well worth the wait. The gentleman taking our oder was very friendly and the ladies prepping the food were hard at work. We will definitely go back as food this good is hard to find in this area. You won’t know what you are missing until you’ve tried it! ~ just sayin…“

“Love them!!!! I came in and ordered a few things while I was on my way to help a friend move. I told Alex at the Wylie location that I was going to run through the adjacent Starbucks while they made my order. I got my drink and totally spaced my order!!! I didn't remember until I was 15 minutes down the road!!!! I called and talked to Alex and asked him to hold my order until later that evening, I wasn't expecting him to remake it or anything because it was obviously my fault. He said not to worry, he's be there all day and I can just call him when I'm headed back to town to pick them up, and they'll be fresh. “I was walking around the mall and started craving nachos. Found this stall in the food court and gave it a shot. The nachos were perfectly thin and crispy. The cheese and beans were hot and savory. The fajita meat was pretty good too. The salsa was spicy and the guacamole was refreshing.

I ordered the Dallas Nachos with Fajita meat. A little pricey at $17.96 (including tax) but enough to feed two people. Definitely coming back!“
