“Been hearing about Lala’s from numerous friends and decided to try it for my birthday dinner. JUST GO! Party of four and we tried tortas, beef tacos, chicken tacos, al pastor, some street style, some lala style, the queso, the elote and the guacamole! Everything was FRESH and SOOOO YUMMY! Multiple workers stopped by our table numerous times asking if we needed anything. The owner came by to say thank you and found out it was our first time in and gave us the guacamole on the house, and was very thankful for the business. One of my favorite things is all through the restaurant, there are Bible verses written on the walls. Just a genuine, family owned business that is doing ALL THE THINGS!“

The Shrimp Tacos were a standout—perfectly cooked shrimp with a light, flavorful seasoning that gave them a great coastal touch. They were refreshing, vibrant, and incredibly satisfying.

The Paneer Tacos were another pleasant surprise. The paneer was soft, well‑marinated, and blended beautifully with the spices and veggies, making it a great vegetarian option without compromising on taste.“

“Food is very tasty and there are a lot of items to choose from. Service is good- we especially are impressed with Kora! She stays very busy doing jobs in the restaurant ( cleaning, clearing tables, etc.) that many times are ignored by staff. But Kora takes care of it. She also has great customer service skills! She asked several times if we needed anything and even gave us more chips to eat with our queso. She’s a keeper- give her a raise!! She’s an asset to your restaurant.“

Two years ago, my wife and I walked into this place, got hit with a sewer smell straight to the soul, turned right back around, and wrote it off forever. It was a hard nope from both of us.

But credit where it’s due — we came back a few weeks ago, and WOW… completely different experience.

The smell? Gone.
The vibe? Warm and actually welcoming.
The service? Attentive, friendly, and miles better than before.
The food? Surprisingly solid — way better than what we remembered.

It’s clear they put in real work to fix things: cleaner space, better atmosphere, and a team that actually seems happy to be there. It went from “walk in and immediately walk out” to “sit down, relax, and enjoy lunch.”

I respect a business that listens, improves, and shows it.

“Finally tried this tiny taqueria in a crowded corner of a gas station, the food was great! We had the bistec tacos w/ beans & rice. The bistec was very well seasoned and had great flavor! The rice was great, the beans were good. We also ordered the pastor gorditas, they were very well made, non greasy and held together well. The meats had great flavor, were tender and tasted fresh unlike some places where the meat sits too long and dries out. Even though this is a tiny place, there was a line and waited about 15 minutes for our food but it was well worth the wait. The gentleman taking our oder was very friendly and the ladies prepping the food were hard at work. We will definitely go back as food this good is hard to find in this area. You won’t know what you are missing until you’ve tried it! ~ just sayin…“

“I was walking around the mall and started craving nachos. Found this stall in the food court and gave it a shot. The nachos were perfectly thin and crispy. The cheese and beans were hot and savory. The fajita meat was pretty good too. The salsa was spicy and the guacamole was refreshing.

I ordered the Dallas Nachos with Fajita meat. A little pricey at $17.96 (including tax) but enough to feed two people. Definitely coming back!“
