Strategically located in a gas station on the corner of Preston and Frontier parkway is this taco spot that I have been phoning to try. My love for comida mexicano goes back to Carrollton and my fave supermercado. I love Laredo Taco Co. and am so glad they now have one here in Prosper! I went with my sister to this location for the first time today and the service was excellent! My favorite tacos are the barbacoa ones but I'm looking forward to trying others soon!Vegetarian options: Refried beans available

I agree with the more recent reviews that this place has turned it around, for the most part. They always have freshly cooked meats ready to be replenished at lunchtime, and the tacos are filling. The salsa bar has tasty salsas, but they're mostly mild in heat.The beef fajita and carnitas tacos are recommended.
