Been coming here a while. Usually come in late evening. Last two times my fries where at least 45 min old. Last being 1/28/24 Soggy and cold. I arrive before my order is ready specifically for fresh fries. Trashed them both times. Didn't say anything to the staff because it was late and I didn't want them to have to cook more. Don’t expect your order to be ready in time. We placed our order for 6:30 pickup. I waited in store for 30 minutes and finally got the chance to ask if they were close with my order and at 7:10 they said they just started the order and it would take another 20 min. Didn’t get the order until 7:30. It was a Friday night understandably but completely unacceptable. The guy working the front needs a more efficient system of calling out orders. They gave me half cooked wings.They were cold inside. They made them again and brought them back to me without even saying they were sorry. Last time at this Wingstop!! Quality of food and customer service still matter!
