“I love the pizza here and for that I'm giving them 5 stars for that reason only. I see the negative reviews on service. This is a small chain who have clearly had some challenges in getting quality help in a town such as Prosper. I'd shame some of your reviews based on service in the fact you have no idea how harmful this can also be to these smaller businesses. Aside from the pandemics issues finding help in Prosper USA is tough. Many of the kids aren't expected to hold jobs due to parents income levels. It leaves the small and family business to struggle but we expect expert service regardless. Stop it. The food, for a pizza joint is very good. They have a great thin crust which can be a challenge to get right in the pizza world. They've figured it out. As for the service related complaints and poor reviews id challenge folks to reconsider and scroll through the reviews and make a decision based on those weeded out.“
“There was a line as we pulled up. My wife and I were horrendously hungry! We weighed our options whether to stay, go, wait in line, how long.......We waited.....IT WAS WORTH IT!! This has to be the best bbq in town!! The meat melts in your mouth and the sides are delicious! Outside as you come up, Everything(Choosing what you want) is given to you on a tray by the pound, take it inside, they cut it for you and wrap it in butcher paper. You choose your sides cafeteria style and they are amazing! It is a bit packed inside but after tasting the food, you will not care!! Lol...The food is really delicious and if we ever come through Llano, Texas again, I'm making my wife stop there, as she does all of the driving for us!! (She loves doing that!)“
“Our large order was prepared to perfection. Everything was hot and they got every detail spot on. Extra sauce was exactly where we asked. Both team members I spoke with had a smile and polite comment. Most important of all, it was delicious. The entire family loved it.“
“If you’re like us and avoiding this location because of their ratings, please reconsider! We initially were wary as well but we had gotten a coupon we wanted to use so we made the trip down there.I don’t know if the place is under new management or they simply got their stuff together, but we had quite a pleasant experience! We went through the drive through but a few things we noticed off the top of our head:1. The property was very well maintained even though it was empty. Like empty to the point we thought they were closed but this was pretty nice to see and didn’t sketch us out.2. The employee attending the drive thru was very nice! Very welcoming and professional and no hiccups handling the coupon we had wanted to use.3. The food was very, very good. We understand it may be slow at this location but we truly appreciated the fact that they still took pride in the quality of food they gave customers regardless of the fact it was pretty dead here. Everything given to us tasted good and not like it was sitting out for hours.Overall, we are very happy we came here and hope this place gets the higher rating it deserves, honestly. Just wanted to provide a more recent review in case anyone else was on the fence as well but still wanted their fix!“
“The Reason I chose four stars is because Smashburger was really good. The service was really good. We got our food in eight minutes. The mac & cheese burger was very good. The only reason why it was it five stars is because the Fanta was a little off but then they fixed it. Smashburger was really clean.“
“I had a positive experience with the staff here. After an issue with a doordasher, I brought a pizza order back and kindly requested if they would remake it. They were very kind and agreed to remake my order without any hesitation. It came out promptly and we are so appreciative! I will order directly through them next time!“
“Let me start by saying I am not trying to be a "Karen" but I have been to the Prosper location twice. Food is excellent, order has been correct both times.My heartburn is that each time that I walk in the employees turn around and run towards the back because no one speaks English. I am not bashing these employees by any means, I just want to be greeted and not stand at the counter for several minutes waiting for my order because no one wants to speak to me.Yesterday I waited at the counter for several minutes because no employee wanted to make eye contact with me. Then another customer walks up to the pickup order window (which I didn't know existed/this is not my normal Wingstop) where he also waited and then got helped before someone finally addressed me.“
“Actually ordered via Uber eats from this location. I received my food and my bag was opened, sticker torn and ripped, food missing from bag/order. I contacted Uber eats, no response yet. I waited an hour for my food to be delivered. Imagine the frustration. I decided to go to the location and see if they'll correct the order. I didn't think they would but they did and were quick. It's football Sunday and I was in and out.“
“This is a wonderful Dickey’s location. The staff is very pleasant, it’s nice and clean, good service, awesome barbecue, and free ice cream for dessert. My girls love their chopped brisket sandwiches. The new owner is amazing & cares for their customers.“
