“Got our delivery order just 15 minutes after placing it online, amazing speed! After a long day of travel, we truly appreciated how fast the pizzas arrived. They were piping hot and exactly as we ordered. Huge thanks to Cassidy, Chase, and the delivery driver for making it happen. A superstar team at this location. “The food was good, so that was the saving grace of this visit. The dining area was not kept clean; staff stood around on their phones or chatted rather than addressing these issues. The table I sat at wasn't wiped down, and the floor was muddy and not swept. There is not a garbage can for people to throw things away minus a little container for straw wrappers. If the management is listening and cares. Help your staff be attentive to the surroundings and to the customers, teach and help them learn how to interact with customers in a polite and helpful manner.“

“I have to say I've had a lot of challenges with this place but when I suffered not being able to pay (had a $100) they were awesome and helped take care of me! Small things like that keep me coming back!“

“They had close the inside of the restaurant and only had the drive-thru open and when I asked them why it was because they didn't have enough people. So I waited in line for 15 minutes and when I got up to the ordering station they said there was no way for them to make the chicken tenders because they were frozen. Horrible experience

Update from April 2025 I went in 15 minutes before close time and they looked at me like I was crazy. They jumped behind me and locked the door so nobody else could come in but then they took care of us and they were pretty cool and the food was amazing“

“Its a big box. And as good as it can get. It would be helpful if they had bags with handles to carry food.

Also fountain pop machine area needs more attention. I've seen worse but when its right by the entrance, its probably a good idea to make sure the spills and spalshes and sticky floor is cleaned more often or change how it sits in that space, I dunno hire a fengshui dude 😀.“

“No one outpizzas the hut. trust me. I've tried. I've tried so hard to outpizza the hut and it cost me everything. no matter how much cheese, how many cheap toppings i put on my pizza i always got outpizza'd by the hut. No matter how much my pizzas tasted like plastic, pizza hut pizzas always tasted even more synthetic. for months I've been severely depressed trying to figure it out. it all started as a little hobby, a bit of a goof - "can i outpizza the hut?"“
