We went through the drive-thru, and from the moment we pulled up, we were greeted by such a sweet and delightful team member. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but I definitely wanted to take a moment to recognize how friendly and pleasant she was!

“Today my family and I chose Bojangles for lunch. My youngest is 18 months old and has recently started tantrums. While we waited for our order, he started screaming and crying. I went to the counter and asked if we could have our food to-go instead because we didn't want to bother other customers in the restaurant. Momma T and Kiki both quickly brought out a little cup of whipped cream for my kids and, "no, you deserve to sit down and have a good lunch." My wife almost started crying. They spent our entire visit coming back to check on us and our kids to make sure that we were all happy and comfortable.
