Every time I order I have had to wait over an hour to get my food. Today I ordered early to ‘beat the wait time’. Still had to wait 40 mins. The driver arrived with the wrong order told me she would be right back with the right order. Waited an hour, called the store and was told I had another over an hour wait from the time I called. In total I have waited 3 hours for pizza and wings.
I just picked up the driest hot wings I have ever seen. And I didn’t get my blue cheese. This used to be a good branch - Carter Ranch in Celina but the last several visits have been very lacking. I will choose Pizza Hut for my next order.

Got pizza last Friday night they were super busy. Only had to wait a couple mins when I came in to pick up my order. Order was correct and the young lady that was at the counter was very nice with great customer service.
