“I felt so bad for the employees! Lobby was full with people getting upset. There online system went down so all the online orders got goofed up. I waited 1 1/2 hours then walked in because I see how busy they were. They were very prompt on trying to help me, courteous and showed a genuine care! I recommend this little caesers if you have plenty of time, the food was fresh and delicious.“

“Great customer service tonight. Picked up a carry out order and when we got home, the thin crust was missing several of its toppings. Called them up, explained the situation and he offered to remake it or just add a credit. Mistakes happen in every aspect of life, it’s how those mistakes are handled that define a business.
