So disappointed in this place. Tried to place an order but phone and the first guy hung up because he could not understand English. The 2nd time I called the girl was nice but she messed up my order. She got the sizes wrong so now I don't have enough food. When I brought this to the attention of what I am assuming is the manager she said nothing except that is what the order says. She could have offered to make the correct size...I would have even paid for it! Just zero solutions.

Make sure you order over the phone to avoid getting stuck with a door dash driver that takes 20 minutes just to pickup the pizza. I would have picked up had I known they don’t deliver their own pizzas now

Great customer service tonight. Picked up a carry out order and when we got home, the thin crust was missing several of its toppings. Called them up, explained the situation and he offered to remake it or just add a credit. Mistakes happen in every aspect of life, it’s how those mistakes are handled that define a business. Appreciate you guys owning up to it and taking care of it. We’ll definitely continue ordering from here. Cheers
