Great customer service tonight.
Picked up a carry out order and when we got home, the thin crust was missing several of its toppings. Called them up, explained the situation and he offered to remake it or just add a credit.
Mistakes happen in every aspect of life, it’s how those mistakes are handled that define a business. Appreciate you guys owning up to it and taking care of it. We’ll definitely continue ordering from here. Cheers
