We were in town visiting family and made a carryout order, the new store manager was there taking care of customers and making quality checks on all orders before they left the store. She was very polite and wanted to make sure every order met and exceeded all customers expectations.
The manager has zero control over the laughing, complaining and poor acting employees in the back. Pizzas piled up in the oven. No one running the front. When someone finally tried running the front they were doing their best, but no one is talking from the back telling them who the orders belong to. This place is a mess, I have gone to them before and they seemed fine but at this point be careful going there because you may not be able to get your order. On this trip after a 45 minute wait in the lobby and still not being able to identify my order or any other person in the lobby’s order I asked for a refund and went elsewhere.

So disappointed in this place. Tried to place an order but phone and the first guy hung up because he could not understand English. The 2nd time I called the girl was nice but she messed up my order. She got the sizes wrong so now I don't have enough food. When I brought this to the attention of what I am assuming is the manager she said nothing except that is what the order says. She could have offered to make the correct size...I would have even paid for it! Just zero solutions.

The left hand does not talk to the right hand here. There’s an employee that should be wearing a Hair net. (Guy with glasses) slow service. Management needs to step it up.
Store manager is a joke!! No customer service from the Melissa Pizza Hut. Do not recommend doing business with this location at all!!

My order was about 40 minutes late. The app said the order was ready, but it wasn't.It's no good for the app to tell you the order is ready when it doesn't track the pizza. The store owners or corporate have let this store fail. The delivery drivers stand around and are unable or unwilling to help. Meanwhile, the person working the end of the oven was almost in tears telling someone she needs help. She was placing fresh pizzas out on the counter and let them sit there for far too long while searching for other pizzas. This probably wasn't her fault but a problem with how the pizzas were being placed in the oven. The store seems more worried about deliveries than the 5 people standing in the small area in front of the store. No one helped me for at least 5 minutes and then it was a delivery driver who said I'm just a driver and didn't help me and didn't offer to get someone who could help. I don't plan on going back at this time.

Make sure you order over the phone to avoid getting stuck with a door dash driver that takes 20 minutes just to pickup the pizza. I would have picked up had I known they don’t deliver their own pizzas now

Pizza is now an hour late. No explanation, apology, etc about where our pizza is. Simply took my cancellation request and hung up, they couldn’t care less.

Ordered a pizza today spent $35 and it was never delivered! Called the store 4 times and kept getting hung up on! Ridiculous!
