“I felt so bad for the employees! Lobby was full with people getting upset. There online system went down so all the online orders got goofed up. I waited 1 1/2 hours then walked in because I see how busy they were. They were very prompt on trying to help me, courteous and showed a genuine care! I recommend this little caesers if you have plenty of time, the food was fresh and delicious.“

“Great customer service tonight. Picked up a carry out order and when we got home, the thin crust was missing several of its toppings. Called them up, explained the situation and he offered to remake it or just add a credit. Mistakes happen in every aspect of life, it’s how those mistakes are handled that define a business. Appreciate you guys owning up to it and taking care of it. We’ll definitely continue ordering from here. Cheers“

“Rosati’s came through my facebook per recommendation from a doctor making a post about this place. I have to agree the pizza is amazing, my husband is very picky about his pizza. He now says this is our place, only thing is, it is an hour away from where we live. But I will visit when I am in town! Sausage supreme thin crust is the best. The way they layered the cheese and topping, amazing!“

“The manager Corey is amazing! He gave us a thorough menu explanation. He is so attentive and all staff are so attractive. We love coming here for drinks and DELICIOUS food! All pizza options are great whether you do a marinara base or garlic based pizza! Their balsamic glazed appetizer is 10/10!! If you want good authentic NY style pizza and top notch care from staff, come here!!“
