“Great restaurant!!! Mr Jim’s stayed late to replace our full order tonight after a dishonest delivery driver stole our order through Uber eats. NOT the restaurant’s fault at all. They didn’t even hesitate to remake our order tonight for us. Unfortunately my hubby had to drive and get it himself, when we really didn’t have the time or energy to spare, but we didn’t have a choice with it being after hours. We had a house flood tonight and were desperate to feed anything to our kids tonight. We were 10000% exhausted and so hangry!! You didn’t know the stress we were under tonight, and I’m so thankful y’all stayed and remade our full order without missing a beat. Even though we had to pay twice, we will get a refund for our first order from Uber tomorrow when we can report this. Despite the Uber thief, the food was really good! My kids said it was the best pizza ever. It was fresh and affordable too. We will definitely be repeat customers! I’m sorry that small businesses are affected by unfortunate things like this. I hope you are able to report the Uber driver and pull the footage to help and stop thieves doing these things like this over and over. I’ve heard what a great asset you all are to Anna, and we got to see this A+++ customer service ourselves tonight. Thank you so much. We are full, my kids are happy and snoozing now, and my floors are drying after the house flood. Thank you for lightening our very heavy load tonight, as we didn’t have an ounce of energy left after our disastrous evening. When it rains, it pours! Literally. “The lunch special is a tremendous value! For $6 you get four slice of the deep dish and a bottle of coke. They always cook it out in front of you and in my opinion that's the best time to eat it. Detroit style at it's best minutes from my house. The crust is crispy and although it's a little greasy, it's really good. One of my favorite places if I decide to buy lunch for myself! The people there are always fast and friendly.“
