“We ate La Bella Italian Grill & Pizzeria with the family and it was delicious as usual! Great food, great service, and great prices! This is definitely my go to favorite Italian restaurant as of recent! Also, this is a great place to relax and watch the games as they have multiple tv’s showing the top football games of the day! They also boast a decent selection of wines and beers for your relaxing enjoyment! Tonight I had the Meat Calzone, and my wife and daughter shared a cheese pizza! 🍕 Washed down with a delicious (couple of glasses of) sweet tea! If you haven’t already been to La Bella Italian Grill & Pizzeria, I definitely recommend, you won’t be disappointed!!“

“My name Theresa Williams, and after having a bad experience at another Pizza Hut location down the streer, I had an amazing experience at the Pizza Hut on 1501 W Princeton Dr in Princeton, TX.

Aaron and Caniyah provided excellent service from start to finish. They made sure my order was correct, had it ready on time, and handled everything with professionalism and care. Even during a busy time, they stayed organized and made the experience smooth and stress-free.

It really made a difference after my earlier experience, and I truly appreciate the effort they put into doing things right. Big thanks to Aaron and Caniyah for their outstanding service, I’ll definitely be coming back!

“I recently order from this location and had a huge problem with the doordash aspect of the service. The employees of the store did everything they were supposed to to prepare the order i place. Unfortunately there was a little mix up in payment methods and the door dash person who brought the order caused a bit of a scene in front of my home and would not give me my order. after 30 mins of arguiing with the door dash delivery person i ended up asking them to return the items and that i would get a refund. Long story short, getting the refund was difficult but the store Manager Amber was very kind, patient, understanding of the situation and also went out of her way to follow through on making sure i got my refund. Amber even brought the refunded amount to my home directly to me showing my family and I that she cares!!! Give Amber a raise!! Give Amber raise!! shes awesome! Shout out as well to the staff of this location to! I certainly dont want to forget them :-)“

“I ordered our pizza's off the app, not only were they made on time for pickup, but they all 3 were done EXACTLY how I requested them! Light sauce, one cut in squares, etc...they were delicious and my family loved them, THANKS Princeton, TX Papa John's!!! p.s. upon pick-up, I didn't catch her name but it was really nice to see a friendly smiling face, and greeted us coming in the door!😊“

“Went in to get some pizza. Waiting 10 mins for fresh pizza and everything taste good. The workers were having a ton of conversation but I guess that makes they day go faster. I dont blame them. Some customers hate when they feel workers cant talk and work at the same time.“

“The custom medium pizza we ordered online on the website was well made. But when we went to the store location to pick it up, the atmosphere wasn't really clean to be honest because there was bits of trash here and there in the dining room. the process to get our pizza was confusing because different workers were changing shifts“

“Had a vacation with my friends and we flew into dallas on the way home and after a day of rough flights and delays- we wanted one thing and that was some pizza and wings. We googled pizza places and looked for some options and fell upon Zio Al’s. We called to place an order, paid over the phone and headed to the store. When we got to the store they couldn’t find the order- we quickly found out that someone called the wrong location to place their order. Feeling defeated, the manager was kind and helpful and still made our order at the location we were at. In a short 15 minutes we were given probably the best pizza i have ever eaten!! We ordered the supreme pizza, the signature, and two orders of wings and Oh My Gosh the absolute best!!! Will be going there again next time we are in dallas. “I don’t always rave about places, but I’m so impressed. The pizza arrived on delivery really fast, it was not just warm, but actually hot like it was fresh out the oven, ingredients were great! The one thing that took me to the moon was the fact that they called us and thanked us for our order and said our food would be arriving soon. That went a long way with me. We will definitely be ordering from them more often. Sincerely a family full of full and happy tummies.“
