Mr Jim’s stayed late to replace our full order tonight after a dishonest delivery driver stole our order through Uber eats. NOT the restaurant’s fault at all. They didn’t even hesitate to remake our order tonight for us. Unfortunately my hubby had to drive and get it himself, when we really didn’t have the time or energy to spare, but we didn’t have a choice with it being after hours. As always the food is amazing, and honestly the staff is great, and very welcoming in that, I felt they were genuinely kind, caring, attentive, friendly, and professional.
I will most definitely be returning again and again, all the while recommending them whenever the circumstance allows.
