Ordered through the app on 5/6/2022 at 6:05 pm. They said the order would be ready at 6:53-6:58 pm. Arrived at 6:45 and waited until 7:05. The staff had put the pizza in the cabinet instead of the portal. When I got it, it was about 25 mins old. Feeble apology, but no adjustment. Needless to say, the pizza was not good. Got to do better than that, guys!
Every time I go there they don't have Hot-and-Ready pizzas ready, it's been at least 5 times... Let's be honest Little Caesars is never your first choice, you go there because it's convenient. Having to order ahead or having to wait negates any reason for me to come back.
