“The last few times I have gone through the drive-through at Carl’s Jr.. I have been asked to either pull forward or pull around and park when there’s nobody behind me. The only reason for this is so their service times are quicker. When I order for four people, it should take more than 1 minute to get my food. The young man at the window said it was just their policy. I told him I know and that if someone comes behind me I will happily move. He was very respectful and I applaud him. You might ad well do away with service times because they are all fake anyway.

“I've gone to this Chikfila since it opened in 2020 and it has been consistently good. Lately they added on their mobile drive thru line and the service has somehow gotten even better. Jamar often brings me out my order during the lunch rush (which they handle beautifully every time). I do have to give a huge shout out to Jamar. All of the staff are amazing, but he's something else. I'll admit, I'm a regular. So regular he knows my car and my name. But today he noticed I'd dyed my hair since I'd last seen him and that my birthday was last month. His attention to detail is but one of the excellent qualities he has. He always puts a smile on my face. I so appreciate him and the way he makes my day every time I see him.“

“Last night I arrived at the CE drive thru about 25 minutes before closing. I proceeded to order my 4 pc tender meal, and the fish meal for another family member. They told me that they only had spicy tenders and bone in chicken. I thanked them and proceeded to pull off. The nice lady said if you don’t mind waiting 8 minutes I can get it ready for you. I pulled around paid and 8 minutes later I was leaving with fresh food. It was missing my coleslaw, but anf service like that I couldn’t even be bothered by the mistake.
