“Very impressed with this Dairy Queen store location. Dairy Queen is a top favorite with my wife and kids so I have been to many locations in MN and WI. I had never been to this location so called to confirm they sold cakes. The customer service on the phone was upbeat and friendly. The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful). While I waited for the cake (very quick) to be personalized, I observed great and efficient service for each customer in line. Great store!! Until next time.“

“Weirdly scenic Sonic. Staff are lovely and even when machines broke down due to owners not upkeeping them(my theory) the staff actively accommodated, made everyones day and then some, and were just as fast even with the rush. Drinks and shakes were perfect as well“

“Today I went and got some dirty dr peppers and the young lady at the cash register (they said her name is Presley) is so sweet! She is always smiling and seems to be in the best mood! She is very complimentary, I know i can’t be the only one whose day she makes better! All of our dirty dr peppers were Amazing as always!!!“

“When we moved to Blue Ridge, we wanted to try a few different restaurants. I have to say that Nick's has THE BEST burger in Blue Ridge. My favorite is The Diablo , but the whole family loves the burgers they have gotten also. The fries, tots and rings are excellent also! We haven't ventured to their other foods because the burgers are just that good!“

“Got the pres pretty quick had 2 separate orders plus add on. Can't complain it's taco bell lol. Food was hot and taste was there as it should've been. The staff was great in the drive thru. They even tried to upsell me which was thoughtful.“

“A+ upgraded team today, that actually understands customer service thankfully!I’ve had a few really really bad experiences with basic customer service and orders not correct but today they had not one but two new faces Josh and a young lady who’s name tag I couldn’t see but they were both impressive! “I recently order from this location and had a huge problem with the doordash aspect of the service. The employees of the store did everything they were supposed to to prepare the order i place. Unfortunately there was a little mix up in payment methods and the door dash person who brought the order caused a bit of a scene in front of my home and would not give me my order. after 30 mins of arguiing with the door dash delivery person i ended up asking them to return the items and that i would get a refund. Long story short, getting the refund was difficult but the store Manager Amber was very kind, patient, understanding of the situation and also went out of her way to follow through on making sure i got my refund. Amber even brought the refunded amount to my home directly to me showing my family and I that she cares!!! Give Amber a raise!! Give Amber raise!! shes awesome! Shout out as well to the staff of this location to! I certainly dont want to forget them :-)“
