“I've been a customer since the day it opened here in Caddo. Enjoy the people and food. I m here every day. But I do have a complaint- why during all this bad weather you had the TV with the weather channel turned off? Employees said it was controlled by front office, it has always been able to turn on and off etc here in the store. lots of drivers thru here wanting latest weather conditions. Also, you have five parking spaces in front of the store, not counting the handicapped ones, two of the five are always occupied by employees during day hours.“

“After leaving the ER late last night due to a car accident, it was almost 11 PM and my family and I hadn’t eaten all day. We were a little worried about showing up so close to closing time, but we decided to stop at Arby’s and I’m so glad we did.

The service was phenomenal! The man working the drive-thru was friendly, upbeat, and welcoming. Our food was fresh, DELICIOUS, piping hot, and made quickly, honestly the best Arby’s we’ve ever had. The restaurant looked spotless, too everything was so clean and well-kept.

It’s been a long time since I’ve been to this location, and I can tell there’s been a huge turnaround. The last time I visited years ago, it wasn’t a good experience at all. Whatever changes have been made new staff, new management, or both they’ve completely turned this place around.

We weren’t made to feel like a nuisance at all, even that close to closing. It was truly a shining light of positivity in our long, stressful night. Thank you to the team for their kindness, cleanliness, and great service. We’ll definitely be back!“

“I went to this location last night right before closing. It wasn’t until I realized they hadn’t received my online order that when I ordered it had defaulted my order to the next day without informing me before purchasing. When the workers and myself realized what had happened they were so quick to try to fulfill my order — even while cleaning and closing. They never once had an attitude or made me feel like I was putting them out. The two ladies that assisted were nothing short of awesome! We need more customer service around like this!! Maria Luisa always keeps everything so clean, and the service is always friendly and welcoming. From managers like Esmeralda and Jordan to team members like Dayton, Lisa, LaDonna, Kaden, Bre, and Julissa — they all go above and beyond. They make you feel right at home every time you walk in.
