“A+ upgraded team today, that actually understands customer service thankfully!I’ve had a few really really bad experiences with basic customer service and orders not correct but today they had not one but two new faces Josh and a young lady who’s name tag I couldn’t see but they were both impressive! Super service oriented, excellent communication skills and overall clearly cared about what they do. Glad this location made some changes! Much needed and noticed!“

“I went through the drive thru and the lady (Jean) who took my order was so kind, pleasant and patient. She made my day when I got to the window and saw her smiling at me. She was full of joy! I think she really loves her job. Talk about a great asset for a business; Jean certainly is one. She is exceptional at customer service. I think she needs a raise. I will be back!“

“I have been to several Chick-fil-A restaurants in the past; however, this is the first one that I truly enjoyed visiting. I have never received such warmth, courtesy, and care from a fast food restaurant before. The workers were very attentive to our needs and treated us as if we were in a fancy five star restaurant. Our beverages were gladly refilled without us lifting a finger. There was a steady influx of customers, but the atmosphere was pleasant and calm; the workers were busy and yet were attentive to the needs of their customers. We placed our order and it did not take long for us to get our food. The food was hot and delicious. When the customer was finished and left the table the area was cleaned on the spot. This experience was like no other; as if I were sitting in my comfortable chair eating my meal while watching my favorite television program. I am so grateful to Chick-fil-A for giving me this wonderful experience. Without a doubt I will be sure to visit them again.“

“In a business, it's a given that mistakes can and will happen. What separates you from the pack and makes you a great business is how you handle it. We had a decent order and there was a missing ingredient on 5 of our items. I went to the counter just expecting a cup of cheese and would've been ok with that but this store went above and beyond by completely remaking those 5 items without a pause. I'm impressed. Thank you to those team members!“

“Hands down favorite place to grab lunch in Greenville if you want chicken. This staff is friendly and fast. I have yet to have a bad meal from them. Sat down for the first time the other day, inside is very clean ?? ?. As always, delicious.“

“I've been a customer since the day it opened here in Caddo. Enjoy the people and food. I m here every day. But I do have a complaint- why during all this bad weather you had the TV with the weather channel turned off? Employees said it was controlled by front office, it has always been able to turn on and off etc here in the store. lots of drivers thru here wanting latest weather conditions. Also, you have five parking spaces in front of the store, not counting the handicapped ones, two of the five are always occupied by employees during day hours.“
