“I've been a customer since the day it opened here in Caddo. Enjoy the people and food. I m here every day. But I do have a complaint- why during all this bad weather you had the TV with the weather channel turned off? Employees said it was controlled by front office, it has always been able to turn on and off etc here in the store. lots of drivers thru here wanting latest weather conditions. Also, you have five parking spaces in front of the store, not counting the handicapped ones, two of the five are always occupied by employees during day hours.“

“A+ upgraded team today, that actually understands customer service thankfully!I’ve had a few really really bad experiences with basic customer service and orders not correct but today they had not one but two new faces Josh and a young lady who’s name tag I couldn’t see but they were both impressive! Super service oriented, excellent communication skills and overall clearly cared about what they do. Glad this location made some changes! Much needed and noticed!“

“If you haven't tried one of Chic's salads...you should!! It's huge, so make sure you bring your appetite when you come. If you're not a salad person, there's plenty of chicken items to choose from. I'm also a fan of their spicy delux burger & it's got a bite if you're looking for a bit more taste. Gotta say tho, the Corsicana Chic is quite a bit more friendlier! Plus!!!! They have a dedicated line for 'mobile orders' which is really nice for those of us that mobile order ahead. If you haven't been to Chic, you should try'm...if you've already been...keep going back!“

“This is the first pizza hut with a buffet. I didnt get to eat at the buffet because its only 11-1:30 every day but Saturdays. But, the service was great, the restaurant was clean, and the staff were friendly. This location has a bar, and thats pretty cool.“

“Amanda and Georgiana were awesome and friendly had food ready before we even got our drinks made. We talked a lot and had a real good time with them. If you ever want good food and awesome atmosphere stop by while they are working we were there around 3-4pm“

“I went to this location last night right before closing. It wasn’t until I realized they hadn’t received my online order that when I ordered it had defaulted my order to the next day without informing me before purchasing. When the workers and myself realized what had happened they were so quick to try to fulfill my order — even while cleaning and closing. They never once had an attitude or made me feel like I was putting them out. The two ladies that assisted were nothing short of awesome! We need more customer service around like this!! Thank you again for all of your help ladies!!! 🫶🏼“

“After leaving the ER late last night due to a car accident, it was almost 11 PM and my family and I hadn’t eaten all day. We were a little worried about showing up so close to closing time, but we decided to stop at Arby’s and I’m so glad we did.
The service was phenomenal! The man working the drive-thru was friendly, upbeat, and welcoming. Our food was fresh, DELICIOUS, piping hot, and made quickly, honestly the best Arby’s we’ve ever had. The restaurant looked spotless, too everything was so clean and well-kept.
It’s been a long time since I’ve been to this location, and I can tell there’s been a huge turnaround. The last time I visited years ago, it wasn’t a good experience at all. Whatever changes have been made new staff, new management, or both they’ve completely turned this place around.
We weren’t made to feel like a nuisance at all, even that close to closing. It was truly a shining light of positivity in our long, stressful night. Thank you to the team for their kindness, cleanliness, and great service. We’ll definitely be back!“

“The McDonald’s on Moulton is truly my favorite place! The food is always made fast and just how I like it. Maria Luisa always keeps everything so clean, and the service is always friendly and welcoming. From managers like Esmeralda and Jordan to team members like Dayton, Lisa, LaDonna, Kaden, Bre, and Julissa — they all go above and beyond. They make you feel right at home every time you walk in. This McDonald’s really has the best crew — cooks, managers, and everyone in between!“

“My kids ask for weird items modified in a way that makes me crazy. But the TB employees do it for them perfectly every time and have now learned who they are and know them haha. The manager is a hard worker and nice, remembers us each time, and the guy in the day time currently is very friendly

“Just two girls shopping on a sunday, a quick car snack??? YES PLEASE! No where seemed appealing so we kinda just rolled up. The DT speaker? 10/10 customer service. Spoke clearly and super nice. At the window? They almost RACED to get our food out and took less than 30 sec! We went and parked to chow down and even with as fast as we got our good, they did not sacrifice any quality either, Hot, clearly fresh food, and the JUCIEST chicken ever! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.“

“Me and my friends are just amazed at the friendly atmosphere here. You could come in for anything, food, conversation, Bible study and come out feeling better about yourself and the world. Call it bias, but I definitely think this is one of the best Popyese in the franchise.
A particular point of this review is the staff. Once you get to know the people here, you have a genuinely better experience. Big shout out to Jesse! You can't walk out without smiling in my opinion! 🐔🍗🥤🤤. - sincerely the Elders 😁“

“OMG! Their beans and salsa are delicious! This was all I was able to order at the time and they were so sweet in letting me get large orders. I will definitely be back to try their food. They have menudo on Saturdays!🤤“
