Good food :) good customer service too !
Dine in at High Point NC. 1st time. Watched 2 employees look at me at the order counter and said or did nothing, then finally someone took my order. Nice young man and he brought the food to me. But, the tea tastes like cleaner, burger was tasteless and fries taste stale. Never going back..
Used the drive thru in Tucson as, and got raw chicken sandwiches, when we complained and asked for a refund they said no and didn’t correct the order. Escalated it to corporate offfice with no response , so we reported it to the local health department

Whataburger offers hot and freshly prepared food with a nice flavor. The day crew is pretty good and the overall quality has improved. Many find the food great, including the Patty Melt meal. Some customers note the location is pretty expensive. While the coffee is very strong, the morning employees are very nice. Despite occasional hiccups, the staff efficiently resolves issues. Overall, Whataburger provides a satisfactory experience with good food.
