The staff is consistently friendly and accommodating, which I especially value as something that can be hard to find in the fast-food industry. The chicken is exceptionally good! While Zaxby’s is known for its chicken strips, which are certainly tasty, I was genuinely surprised by the quality of their traditional wings and the variety of sauces available. The wings have quickly become my go-to!

Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings has new management that is awesome. The manager Thomas is amazing, very personable, friendly, and generous. The staff is kind, helpful, and attentive, showing genuine care. The food is wonderful, fresh, hot, and delicious. The dry rub box from the app is very good, and the loaded fries and cheesecake bites are also popular. The wings and things traditional in the new flavor lemon pepper came out fresh and quick. It is the best chicken in Greenville, and people will be returning.
