I've eaten bbq all across la. and tx.For decades. Can't understand why making great bbq is so difficult.I judge there fare by the great home cooking done by family members and myself. Rib Crib has found a repeatable procedure that simply produces the best results possible. There's only one place in la. that compares. Try it and be impressed. Delicious!!!
The plate of BBQ ribs I had for dinner was excellent! The alcoholic drinks are pretty good. The service, at first, was not good. But the next waiter who served us was very accommodating, so all went well.
