Greenville Tx, you got to do better. People do carry cash. For an establishment to not take cash is not acceptable. Cash doesn’t lose value cards do. Leave your people with change to be able to take cash. Myself and a family behind me wanted to pay with cash but the nice gentleman behind counter said manager doesn’t leave cash for change. Terrible
I've been to bad locations and this isn't one. Food is good here, they are reasonably quick.
Review based on last 3 times I have ordered at the Greenville location, including tonight 7/14/2026.) Order is consistently wrong. Ordered classic, received spicy, order thigh, received breast, etc. Sweet tea is always bad...it has a terrible aftertaste as if it has turned due to mishandling. Last time I tried it...about 2 weeks ago, the tea, both sweet and unsweetened, actually stank as if it was rotten.

Customers enjoy menu items like the blackened tenders and find the cheeseburgers really good, with fresh buns and veggies. The fries are double fried and soft, making them enjoyable. The Mac was the best compared to other fast food restaurants. The service was wonderful. The crew that worked labor day night were awesome and took care of customers with no fuss. The pickle sandwich and service were a delight. The employees were sweet and service was quick. The recent remodeling has made a big difference in the overall experience at this location.
