We ordered a 12 piece family pack in the drive thru today during lunch and they were very slow and waited over 20 minutes. We were told to pull around and it would be bought to us. We saw people getting their chicken and orders.We went inside and they had two trays of chicken ready (one almost empty) from filling orders after us. They didn't even have our order boxed.It was disappointing as they were filling other orders but had neglected who ordered first.
Love this popeyes! Food and service is great. I get the blackend tenders, and they are always amazing. The only disappointment is that 9 times out of 10, they forget your sauces you asked for. But that won't stop me from giving this place 5 stars.
