Changed curbside to pick up. The food was luke warm and items missing from order. Now you have to double check your order to make sure it is quality and all items ordered are in the bag. Furthermore a tip is expected for someone to put food into a bag and place it on a rack for you to go in and find your order.
Tipping has gotten ridiculous. Everyone wants a tip now even if no service is provided. A tip is something that is earned based on the service provided.
I have always loved Chili’s but lately the quality has gone down as the prices have gone up. This is at multiple Chili’s locations. The one in Forney out the ones I have recently eaten at was good, but Rockwall and Greenville leave much to be desired. The service has been good, but the food is meh.

The service is overall really great, with staff who make sure drinks are refilled and check that the food tastes good. The GM is also known to talk to guests for a great conversation. Recent reviews highlight the big mouth burger, which is pure meat and very tasty despite its size, and the Swiss mushroom burger enjoyed by some diners. Overall, Chili's continues to serve good food and provides attentive service, making it a popular choice for casual dining.
