From college station, tx, and ate here fri night, was excellent! Food, drinks, everything.. but let me tell you about the bartender JO! She went out of her way to make our trip here so worth coming back tonight (Saturday!) BEST SERVICE EVER, EVER, EVER! I mean went above and beyond anything I ever expected! She was just so amazing! CHILI'S.. yall she needs a raise! I only wish all ppl can be like her! BEST BARTENDER EVER! GIG 'EM FROM AGGIELAND! WHOOOOPP!!????
Unusual event here but this time...we came in and asked if we could seat ourselves in the bar area as usual. We picked a table and had a seat. I used the restroom and came back. Wife used restroom and came back. We sat there and observed several meals delivered to pick-up while other staff milled about by the back registers. Started my timer and when it hit 4 minutes - we walked. No one said a word to us until we walked.

On Friday February 23 rd we had a bad experience, the waiter he was not friendly. he has a bad attitude. We had appetizers only one drink and we left . We didn’t stay for dinner. Definitely not going back again.
My wife and I came in on a Friday evening a week ago. I have to say that I managed for years at Chilli's in and around Dallas. It was one of the single most awful dining experiences in my life. Except for the young lady that served us ( Whom was seriously in the weeds.) Due to poor floor oversight. Our food was poor Ordered chips and got the crumbs of bottom of the drawer. As well as My burger was so burnt that I smelt it being brought to our table. The Fry's were actually the bright spot. Let's just say the place needs a serious overhaul and the cook should be fired. Living in Greenville our money will be best served elsewhere.

Was a good experience. The hostess named Hallie was nice and sweet, and my waitress, aka "show," was also nice and sweet. The guy named Michael who brought my drinks was cool, plus his mustache was epic. The appetizer and the mane dish came out amazing fast, food was good.
