The staff was really struggling with making orders. We waited 15 min for our food for my whopper to not be right. Door dashers were waiting on orders that had been sent in 15-20 min before. They need some better management to train and run this store.
Very slow, untrained staff. Use of the kiosk to place your order is almost mandatory. Had to sign up for the app, just to get the Wednesday Whopper deal. Food was not prepared properly: specuall requests were not done. Ordered no pickles; still had pickles. Ordered no ketchup; still had ketchup on it...etc. It's the only BK in town, and it does have a play place for the kids so I will give it another try, but I was not impressed at all.
It's burger King, not a 3 Michelin star restaurant.

Burger King is a popular spot for families, with a huge kids' area. The restaurant serves great food, including the chicken sandwich and Whopper Jr. The food is delicious, perfectly cooked, and fresh. The fries are cooked to perfection, and the service is speedy. The employees are friendly, sweet, kind, and accommodating. The inside of the restaurant is spotless and clean. The staff may make a few mistakes but makes up for it. Some visits may be affected by technical issues, but the staff apologizes and makes corrections promptly.
