The lady at the drive through window was the sweetest. We stopped by for us a sweet treat and of course a pup cup and she just adored our sweet furbaby and he was so excited he got a treat.
The woman who provided us service was indeed kind and polite. But more than that, she was wonderful. It's one thing to provide customer service, but it's a completely different thing to be a human providing service to another human being.

The service was better during our most recent trip. Several years ago standards for customer service was much higher than today so I don't expect much. The food is always decent and the cream and dessert selection is awesome!
